"Crosspoint agency policies are in place to protect the persons served. There is an attendance policy in place that many do not agree with. However what most ppl do not understand is that there are many people needing services that want to come but can not because slots are filled. The attendance policy allows the agency to filter out those clients who are not fully committed to recieving services and makes way for those who are. I really love the effort that this agency puts forth in taking care of their persons served. The therapists are Amazing and kind! I recommend trying them for yourself! ❤"

"This place is a joke! DO NOT GO HERE!!! Go ANYWHERE else. Supposedly a non-profit organization but want to charge people who are on fixed income for a supposed "no show" appointment when they call and cancel a day ahead of time. Then they want to suspend a CHILD for 3 months when they have a family emergency out of state! This place has RUDE people who make appointments. MARY ANN specifically. I don't know how they've stayed in business so long. We WILL be contacting a lawyer about their supposed policies. They need to rethink them before someone has a wrongful death lawsuit against them!"
