She has accomodated me even after foot surgery, and did phone consults, letting me pay by check after our session was over. Highly recommend her to everyone!"
"Dishonest was trying to schedule appointment with Donna Titus who is in network and carried by my insurance since it is new insurance for my company and picky. Instead Dr Titus was full and not excepting new patients so she gave my phone number and details without permission to everyone else in this practice. Every other doctor in this practice identified themselves and I declined them scheduling appointments with the knowledge that I they we're probably out of network if provider isn't recommending them on list. Ms cold didn't identify herself when I asked if it was Ms Titus calling and just told me what dates she had available. When I set it for Thursday I came in and a different name then I requested was on the paperwork to fill out. I immediately asked that before she start she call insurance and check because I can't afford a 95 dollar out of pocket expense for an out of network that she needs to see regularly multiple times a month. She refused to check said she would take copay and we would just figure it out. I reluctantly finished out appointment. But immediately sent email to insurance to check in network. No surprise I got is noemail back this morning that she is not in work so she wasted my time money and met a 10 year old thay was reluctant to meet a new therapist anyway. So half deaf not listening therapist apparently is so money hungry she can't listen to her patients and potential patients."
