"Receptionist was rude and condescending. Dr. Hastetter was abrupt, rude, arrogant, and rushed my appointment. Don’t waste your time here. Your questions will go unanswered, sensitive topics (I.e. possible infertility) will be thrown in your face with ZERO bedside manner. He spent a total of 60 seconds with me. This was my first appointment, I won’t be coming back."

"He delivered my son a month ago, today ONLY because my doctor was off that day I had him. The nurses had me start pushing and said he would “be right in to take over”. He took an HOUR to get to the hospital. I was in Newburgh and he was coming from Newburgh. They eventually told me he was walking up the hall. It took him 10 minutes to do that. He came into my room and automatically started yelling at one of my nurses while I’m in pain waiting to deliver my baby. He looked at me and rudely asked how I was doing. I told him I was “never so lucky to see him” because I was ready to get everything over with. He rolled his eyes. He yelled at me while I was trying to push my son out. After he threw my son on my chest, I didn’t pay attention to anything else obviously. I was so happy in that moment. I started bawling and I thanked him for delivering my son. He replied with a “mhm” and as he walked off he said something under his breath. All the nurses looked at each other like him acting like this was new but obviously by his reviews it isn’t. The way he treats people is sad honestly."

"Dr Hastetter was my moms dr and he delivered me almost 23 yeqrs ago. I thought since my mom liked him i would give him a chance even though he had bad reviews. I should of just listened to the reviews. I waited over an hour in the waiting room when i was the only person in the office. The nurses forgot i was in the waiting room. Dr hastetter leaves the room without clarifying any issues and when i still have questions. He's very arrogant. Every time i went for an appointment he made me come back again to finish the other half of the appointment. I felt like he was just there to hurry through things and he doesnt seem very concerned, not to mention how he talks about patients issues right in front of other patients. He is very unprofessional and i hated the way i have been treated by him at every appointment. Please just listen to the reviews and don't waste your time here like i did. Find a doctor who cares. 1 star is too many stars for this place."

"Dr.Hastetter delivered my daughter 8 years ago , I was a very high risk pregnancy with having high blood pressure and also being place on bed rest around 5 months. So when the day come to have my little girl I went into the hospital with very high confidence everything was going to go smoothly but guess what it didn’t , after being induced on a tues at 3/4 in the morning I really can’t remember the time everything was going great until it came time to push. Me along with the doctors went at the pushing game for well over 5 hours and nothing was happening so I got concerned and basically refused to push anymore. Dr.Hastetter tried several different ways to get the baby out but unfortunately her head got wedge in my pelvic and was stuck so he called for an emergency c-section. I remember being scared to death but for some reason as he came into the operating room I felt such an ease and weight lifted off my shoulders and to this day the last thing I remember him doing before starting the operation was looking over at me and saying hey look spongebob is on I laughed and well passed out after due to the many drugs I was on but if it wasn’t for his quick actions me and my daughter may not be here today. So with that being said I highly would recommend him and his team!!!!"

"Was supposed to have oral surgery today for an abscessed tooth which is very painful. I can't have it now due to the dr never sending the medical release back to the surgeon. Tried to habe him paged and the answering service stated that they do not call the dr for any patients. I even explained to her that I was woth the surgeon and needed that form and she refused. Even though the dr told me that he was on call this weekend to call if I needed anything. Now I have to suffer for almost 3 weeks with an abscessed painful infection because the surgeon won't be here again til then."
