"The staff in charge of answering phones/ returning phone calls has the absolute least concern for anyone's mental and emotional wellbeing. My wife and I had an absolute wonderful experience with our son, who is happy and healthy. But when my wife miscarried here recently they treated her as if it was some accident to sweep under the rug. Didn't answer any phone calls or questions until spammed. Never returned any messages. Completely left in the dark about what to do or what we could do. Terrible experience."
