"Just a heads up to any woman seeking sterilization from Dr Gomez: don't waste your time. He wants any patient he "approves" for sterilization to have had at least two children, regardless of the patients health (physical and mental) status. Seriously, don't waste your time."

Dr. Gomez has excellent communication skills and is very pleasant. He is caring and patient and never appears to be rushed when he is in the exam room. "I think Dr. Gomez is a great OB, it’s a shame that the receptionists aren’t pleasant and lack good customer service skills. When I found out that I no longer had insurance, I wasn’t informed properly until after my appointment. Also, when I was informed, my situation was basically broadcast in front of the entire waiting room. I’m sure that was a HIPAA violation. Changed providers because of this, such a shame because nurses and doctors are great."
