"John the claimed CEO of this company harassed, and deliberately drive his boat directly at two fishermen multiple times on Lake Charlevoix this past weekend. The two guys filmed it and remained calm to not escalate this situation. I caution anyone that comes in direct contact with him to be prepared for anything, he doesn’t seem to be mentally stable."
"This company has the worst customer service I have ever ran into in my 56 years of life. When I originally placed my order, I ordered TV & internet service in which calls (are being recored) yet when the installers come out a whole different story & was told it wasn't on the order. However, mind you money was taken from my account in amount exceeding services provided. The installation was free according to representative & I was charged for that too. I was also told I would be receiving a free $100 gift card which still remains to be seen since the third of the month. I call to speak with them regarding that issue & got hung up on 4 times. So what else is a person to do? VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM! All I know to do now at this point is to call the BBB. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE INVOLVING YOURSELF."

I bought the dish TV from this National Programming service llc, this company have very very bad sale person, they cheat me, i ask here 3 times and she told me i give you hindi, american and internet $ 98.00, and i believe here but now i saw the bill they do not include the internet service, but she charge me $ 98.00, this company is very very bad ... Please do not call this company, they cheat the people. so bad net work agent .... i never advice my all friends for DISH service .......... Dilip"
