"I have taken my family to Deidra for two years. At the beginning everything was great, I thought she was very professional, until you failed to mention to me that filing head of household while married would mean I would end up owing the IRS. Even with this I was only partial upset because I should have done better research even though I explained to Deidra that I didn’t know much about taxes, she advice me that this was a correct filing method. After being flagged and finding out I had to amend my taxes (which she was so down for doing until she found out that I wasn’t doing it through her) she became very disrespectful unprofessional and refused to even give me a copy of my information! She even begin to talk to other individuals I knew about MY personal tax information and have her family member calling my phone to fight me! I will NEVER use this tax service again and I would advice everyone in the Montgomery area to stay far away!"
