"At 52, my optometrist in Wabash told me that I have a cataract already! So, I was nervous about my cataract evaluation in Fort Wayne. Dr. Alex Jones and staff walked me through the process and explained every detail. Amazing experience and I know they will help me make the best choice for my vision. Cannot wait to see clearly again."
"The procedure was very effective and very professional , they do amazing work . However the billing department is terrible . They will not return calls . I believe there is a mistake made . Two co pays of $195 each that did not appear as a credit and an additional $212.91 added to my bill with no explanation. I have not been able to get any explanation . I am being ignored and it is aggravating as I always pay my bills and have an excellent credit rating. This was added at a later date . The situation was resolved and very much to my favor ."
"I have been anything but impressed with this office! I tried to pay my $50 co-pay when I was seen. My card states I have a $50 co-pay. The girl I talked to said they showed I don’t have a co-pay and I told her I know I do. She went and got someone else who was very rude and argued with me. I needed to use my flex card before the end of the year and explained this but they wouldn’t take my card. A couple of weeks later I received an EOB and I DID HAVE A $50 co-pay! I have a cataract surgery scheduled for Thursday. I called HOURS ago with questions and no one answered the phone and I left a message and still haven’t received a call back! I hope the surgeon does a much better job than the office staff! I am definitely having second thoughts!"
"The CLI experience in removal of my cataracts and placement of my new lens was great. The whole staff from the receptionist when you walk in to the surgical team when they discharge you are great. Ask questions if you have them, they will take the time answer any you have to make you comfortable. The whole process "takes time" however, to make sure that they perform the surgery so the client has the best sight possible when they are done. So, some negative reviews mention the time it takes. Be patient, it's your eyes and they are important, so plan on being there 1-4 hours depending on what part of the process they are doing that day. I will recommend CLI to anyone needing cataract surgery. Great staff, keep up the great work you do in restoring our sight!!!!!"
"Extreme professionalism and dedication of the Staff for each person is amazing. I had both eyes done this month and the change in vision was surprising. Still healing but happy with the results."
