"My discussion with Gena was both pleasant and professional. She gave me good information, answered my questions and didn’t waste time. My reason for not giving a 5 star rating really isn’t Gena’s fault. I’m not sure who this goes on, but why do we need to give the Beneficiary information every year if that info has not changed? Why isn’t there a check box on the annual renewal card that says:“Beneficiary information has not changed from the previous year”"
