Additionally, CHF worked with Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and RBC Capital Markets to finance the White Creek project, a 1,274-bed, $104.1 million facility, as well as the Noble Hall project with RISE and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, a 421-bed, $28.5 million development.

One of CHF's upcoming projects includes the financing of a Graduate Student Resident Facility at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, a $170 million complex with 316 units, 558 beds, and various amenities. The facility, scheduled for completion in fall 2025, will provide a comfortable and convenient living space for graduate students at the university.
