"Ok, so this could get a little "lengthy"... I'm just now, in 2023, discovering that Sweetwater is a "sprawling, gigantic super-store." Personally, I HATE gigantic, sprawling super-stores! I try to avoid them at all costs! I tend to believe they are given over to monumental greed, aggressive capitalization and the raw pursuit of the almighty dollar! SOMEONE (and it AIN'T gonna be the fat-cats at the top) has to pay for all the opulence!!!... Then,...and then... , there's Sweetwater!... To date I have purchased eight or nine keyboards & synthesizers from them. From the perspective of a "super-store" my purchases would be considered "small" or "minimal". I'm NOT a wealthy man- I DON'T buy the $10,000 synthesizer; I DON'T purchase the $150,000 piano; or even the ultra nice $30,000 set of drums!... Nearly all my purchases are in the 500 to 2,000 dollar range... Yet, somehow, Sweetwater will make you feel as if YOURS is the most important transaction of the day! Been doing business with them for about two years now and I STILL haven't "figured them out." Hell, maybe I NEVER will!... My personal sales engineer's name is Ryan Haines, and it would take far too long to give him his proper, deserved and earned praise and superlatives! Out of which, his number one quality is this: he knows how to HUMAN!... I'll close this little "novelette" by simply stating this-- If your budget is NOT unlimited, and yet you still desire quality instruments at the LOWEST possible price; if you're sick to death of pushy, ignorant and vulturous salespeople begging for pathways into your pockets; if you think that the acquisition of new musical gear & equipment should be pleasant, enjoyable, PAINLESS, (and yes, even FUN!) throughout the ENTIRE process; if you believe that someone SHOULD actually treat you as a valued customer... then, Sweetwater is actually not your "best" choice of retailer -- Sweetwater is your ONLY choice!... As for me, I've been buying keys & synths since 1978, and Sweetwater is probably the last store I'll ever purchase a keyboard from!... (Thanks Ryan for all your kindness, selflessness, assistance and friendship! You're one cool cat, brother! And again, thanks Sweetwater for breeding such an environment...)"

"Shipping was quick, prices fair and better than Amazon. Always prefer to shop a small business. Even though I didn't need customer service with my order, they reached out and it was clear that my order was assigned to a specific person, which is cool."

"I’ve not been to Indiana, well, ever so I can say anything about the personability of the place but, the online experience was superb. I ordered an electric guitar from them and received it just a few days later. Two days later, Pat (a sales engineer) called to see how I liked it and to let me know how to reach him if I had any questions. As big a company as they are, who has time for one little customer in Georgia? Sweetwater does. I recommend them for all you music needs if it’s an online must."
