"I joined Peterman a few months ago and it has been a privilege coming in to work every day. Alan, the HVAC Service Top Tech Instructor, has an exceedingly excellent knowledge and understanding of anything HVAC, from the refrigeration cycle, to low and high voltage electrical & air flow. He does very well explaining things in a way a new technician and old technician can understand better. Does a great job. Overall a great instructor and a good guy. Alan and others in the company have taught me better in-field and in-class than any other place has so far. If you're thinking about picking up HVAC Install, Service or Maintenance and you choose Peterman, I'd just like to support your decision by saying you chose right."

"Probably the worst interview process out there. They make you go through several interviews and then on top of that wait weeks to months to reply. Sometimes the recruiter Kathrine claims she forgets to reply back. If you’re going to make someone go through several interviews and a process that took around 2 months then at least give them an answer on if they made it in or not."

"Wouldn't recommend.. posted a comment on Facebook but of course I got blocked. They don't like constructive criticism.. alot of students was sent in the field barely getting 20 hours, couldn't make their bills had to quit school to get a job. Still stuck paying 15,000 for schooling they couldn't afford to continue to complete. I think this company continues to run this class and get this money this way and doesn't think of anything but the money they gain."
