"I brought my laptop in with a cracked screen to get fixed. They fixed that but turned everything on my laptop screen yellow so I took it back and was told they would fix it. I received a call after them having it for almost 2 weeks and was told they couldn't tell if it looked any better or not but I could pick up my laptop and receive some of my money back. I went to pick it up today and there was no screen on my computer at all. So I paid 36 dollars, made 4 trips to the store for them to ruin my computer completely and give it back to me with no screen when they are the ones who ruined the color on my computer. The manager over both stores was not helpful at all. Her only answer to resolving this was for me to get no refund and they put a screen on my computer but it would still be yellow. I originally paid 148 for this."
