Katie started the class by us telling our WHY for the day which motivated us; something that keeps us going when we felt like to give up. She took her time and talk so we can understand everything she was saying. She was not just concerned about us passing her class but made sure that each one of her students passes the state exam. It was a heart warning to have her as my teacher!"

"I completed my Real Estate classes through Tucker in November 2021. My instructor was Jennifer and she was absolutely excellent. My classes were taught via zoom and most of the classes were pre-recorded by Jennifer and we had the ability to watch the videos at our own pace. I MUCH preferred this option as the live zoom classes would get confusing with the questions people would ask. Overall Jennifer did a great job breaking down the concepts to real life scenarios that made sense. I felt prepared from this program for the state and National exams and am proud to say I’ve passed."

"Update: After my review Stephanie and Doug reached out to me and apologized for my experience and tried to rectify the situation. I was given different options reguarding my concerns. It was very thoughtful and I really appreciate their kindness and thoughtfulness. My advice would be if you have any questions or concerns reach out to them. They want everyone to succeed but if they don’t know they can’t help you so reach out to them. My daughter took this course and she passed the class but did not pass the state exam. Doug Dickman said if you read the whole book that he gave you when you passed the class he guaranteed you would pass the state exam and she read the whole book but did not pass. We paid $1200 for this class. I am very disappointed with FC Tucker and Doug Dickman. He kept saying we are not here to take your money through out the course but I feel they did just that. They didn’t follow up and check in on the students to see how they did after the course and offer any suggestions."

"I will always recommend the Tucker School of Real Estate to anyone interested in getting their license. I took the in person class in February and passed the test three days after graduating. Alyce is an excellent instructor and genuinely cares about her students. Doug Dickman is also a fantastic resource. The material can be daunting and the state test has a very high fail rate, so it’s not for everyone. But the folks at the Tucker School give their students more than enough information and resources to be successful!"

"This course is comprehensive and it will give you the skills you need to pass the state exam. I almost went a different route due to the lower rating but it was the closest one to me. I am glad however I didn't let the rating discourage me, or weight to heavily into the final decision. Dickmann is an exceptional instructor. I do suggest taking the course in person rather than online."
