"Top notch service! Bought an FX9 16” barrel about 5-6 years ago, never registered my gun for warranty. Went to the range on 2/19/2023 and my gun was not operating correctly, so I sent my gun in on 2/24/2023 and one week later my gun is fixed with new parts. No cost for shipping and parts. "Absolutely AMAZING company. Customer service is second to NONE!! I will def doing business with Freedom again. Plan to hopefully become a dealer for them and will gladly push and endorse their products without a second thought. These days it is very rare to come across a company that goes above and beyond to help a customer the way they gave. Especially when the issue had NOTHING to do with the company or product itself. "Sent in my FX9 for service and was amazed at the level of customer care. They immediately started evaluating the concerns within 1 day of receiving my firearm and fixed everything under their warranty. They event sent a video of the gun test firing after repairs/upgrades. Couldn't be happier with the firearm and the customer service. I definitely recommend freedom ordnance and will be purchasing more from them in the future!"
