"Please…as a former student of this school, invest you and your child into another Christian school…It is sad that as an Adventist I can say from experience that Adventist education should not be supported until visible changes can be made. As the only Adventist academy in Indiana this school is a disappointment to the Adventist community and should not be considered an option to other families."

"Indiana Academy is a Seventh Day-Adventist High School in the small town of Cicero, IN. Just about 45 minutes from downtown Indianapolis. IA is a boarding school, there are dormitory services for students living far away or international students. The dormitories are separated by gender. Indiana Academy is a school with a beautiful safe campus. A Gymnasium Department with Intramural programs for Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Softball, Football, Tennis and Soccer. Indiana Academy also provides Dinning Services. Students are served food three times a day, and it's only available during scheduled hours. One of the most engaging and most influential programs is Music. Made up of a student's choir, a selected choir, and two different bell choirs, as well as a band. The Music department also offers private voice and instrument lessons. Since Indiana Academy is a Christian Private school, students attend small worship devotionals and participate in the gatherings for church worship on Saturday at the Cicero SDA Church. The school and the church partner to offer students opportunities for spiritual growth and community service projects. One of the most significant service opportunities that the students can participate in is the Cicero Church annual Mission Trip to the country of El Salvador. For one week, during Spring break, students travel there and are involved in building projects, evangelistic campaigns, medical services to the community, vacation bible school for children, and more. Indiana Academy is a school with an excellent wholistic educational approach for its students. There is special focus on preparing students for even further University education. Classes are small and there is an excellent one-to-one attention from teachers to students."

"Unfortunately throughout the last 8+.years that we have vested into Indiana Academy we continue to be disappointed. The academics are very poor as evidenced by the school's continued low test scores and few extra courses or activities provided. Christian values are no longer a priority at this school as evidenced by how staff and students relate to each other and unchristian behaviors that are allowed to continue. It saddens me to advise anyone looking into Indiana Academy as a possibility for their child to compare it with other Christian schools prior to making a decision."

All the faculty are putting their efforts in to ensure the student is successful. If I had another child, I would seriously consider the school for that child as well!"

I've been there myself and loved the staff, the teachers, the place, the idea they have of education and keeping your kid's mind busy with positive things. I think we made the right choice.
