"It's entirely possible that this school has changed since I attended it in 2016/2017, but I'll share my experience with any prospective parents. I was in the seventh grade at the time and experienced bullying by other students that was largely ignored by both the guidance counselor @ the time and the school administration until I brought it up - at which point, a bullying seminar was held and the "issue was resolved." I would go so far as to say that the school's lack of interest in helping it's less than popular/"traditional" students worked against furthering a child's growing relationship with Christ, as an environment where very, VERY public and loud verbal abuse was allowed to fester is not a place where the Lord lives. I was an extreme case, but there were definitely other incidents of bullying that were brushed aside by faculty, at least in my tenure there. While I acknowledge the nuance in my experience, I am also asking parents to consider and look very closely at the places/character of the people they send their children to for eight hours out of the day, religious or personal beliefs aside."
