"I ordered and picked up my target at the factory and spent some time talking to the owner. These guys are the real deal and genuinely good people. He went out of his way to meet me on a Sunday while I was traveling home from a tournament and took extra time to give me a tour of the factory (pretty cool). I really look forward to dealing with them again in the future."

"I ordered an HD target. They took it upon themselves to send me a generic target and try to pass it off as the target I ordered. I repeatedly asked for instructions to return the target, which was repeatedly ignored. After some time of exchanging emails, the sales manager contacted me and we agreed to a refund of the difference in cost between the two targets. ONLY AFTER I involved PAYPAL did I receive my refund. I offer this review so that others don't have to deal with people who pass themselves off as wholesome American retailers when really their just CHARLATANS who are skilled at bait and switch advertising. Be sure to use paypal if you have to have their product. Otherwise .. Caveat emptor"
