Delayed scheduling, frequently cancelled scheduled lessons, management unresponsive to emails and texts to both instructors and students. When discussing concerns with instructors, they agreed and stated they can not get a response either. Consequently, Alpha Flight was unable to deliver quality programming as promised and we wasted thousands of dollars and months of training."
