"I should have listened to my gut and paid for a more expensive tax preparer. I always end up with much less coming back but this time the problem was bigger like sending my refund to the wrong bank and account despite them asking for the bank info and me presenting it to their face. No apologies. So many different informations. No call back from the person who did it. Delayed delayed and who knows what else. Cheap is an expensive price to pay. And it's muddy there in the parking lot. Country."
