"Repeatedly trying to get the preparer of my taxes to respond to me and she will not. She Prepared my taxes took my money on February 23 and I still have not gotten either my state or federal taxes. We plan to notify the Better Business Bureau and legal assistance. I later contacted Tawanna Hunt at Copy Club Tax Pros regarding our situation. She was very professional and accurately provided me the information we were needing to figure out what and why things were at a standstill. Ms. Hunt found the person who did our taxes was contracted by their company’s software and inaccurately and falsely documented our W2 forms. Therefore, she was protecting our information and if it wasn’t for her safeguards who knows what could’ve happened. Thank you so much. I later found out the woman who scammed us also scammed so manny others here in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area."
