"The Community Building was a great choice,Located in Pendleton, Indiana. the staff at the office building were very professional, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking ,easy access and the the building is located in FallsPark and sets in front or the river. what apleasent of the park and the falls are adjacent of the building. The main area I feel is very spacious, it accommodates 60 people comfortably. large kitchen,2 stoves,2 functionality sinks,large prep table and plenty of cabinets for storage. there are two restrooms (1 Men and 1 Women) which are handicapped equipped and clean. There is Beautiful stonewall with a fireplace (wood burning) and good lighting. we hosted a wedding/reception on 20 April 2021 (during the snow storm) The building stayed warm and comfortable, the building is also air conditioned. I was totally satisfied with the building, the area the building sets and the view,in my opinion it is a wonderful place to have any type of gathering .. Thank you FallsPark and the wonderful staff.."
