"A student didn't trust the schools counseling system at this school and expressed it in an anonymous survey and then received detention for rating the guidance department a 0. They called her defiant. This is horrible."

Instead of getting mad at students for being honest with you, maybe change how the school is so you'll have better results with students. They should be able to say what they're feeling with the school, these are suppose to be constructive criticism. Childish truly..."
