Bettcher's Water Service 310 Wilson Drive, Lakeville, IN 46536

"We used Bettchers to fill our pool after we had it relined back in august. The drivers decided to drive through our lawn and one of the water tankers was stuck several feet down into our lawn for several hours. They assured us that they would be contacting us to resolve the issue. One week went by we had still not heard anything. I began to call several times a week to find out what they were going to do to fix this major mistake. Our lawn has severe damage from them driving through it. I had told them if they would bring us top soil we would consider the situation rectified. The soil they brought had large rocks, broken glass, tree limbs, among other items. This is not what we had asked for. Considering the damage they caused we thought this was the most polite way to go about fixing it. That was 6 weeks ago. We have called almost everyday since to get them to understand that the situation is not taken care of. We feel they do not care that they ruined our lawn and have done nothing to help fix their mistake. It’s disappointing. It is very frustrating that we gave them thousands of dollars to fill our pool and they made a huge mistake and have not returned my calls or found a way to fix this. We will not be using them in the future. If they do fix this issue I would be happy to change this review. But as of today the owner has done nothing but dodge my calls."

"Less than 10 days after pool was filled with beautiful water, tested & vacuumed every day , there was all of a sudden pink algae which in the over 18ys I've had swimming pools I've NEVER had to deal with. So disappointed. My grandbabies got to swim 1x...now service is scheduled with another company to see if it can be salvaged. All that $$ & this stinks!!!"
