"I visited Dr. Trinidad due to extreme pain and wanting to cut cost on emergency room bills. I explained that I have IBS that pushed against pelvic adhesions which causes unbearable pain. I gave him a list of medications that I needed to regulate my bowel movements and acid reflux . Once we started the conversation about pain meds he hurriedly told me that he doesn’t prescribe narcotics . Obviously every patient is an addict who needs narcotics and I should use a heating pad. I requested prescription strength ibuprofen or anything that’s isn’t a narcotic but could give me some level of relief. He ignored the request left out and asked to draw my blood and refer me to a gastroenterologist which is great. In the meantime i left to go back home suffering from the pain and being in bed is better than being ignored and receiving bare minimum treatment. Doctors aren’t thorough enough anymore and I wouldn’t waste my money ever visiting this office. After being unable to stand the pain any longer I ended up admitted Into the hospital due to bowel obstruction. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my pet snail. Every patient isn’t an addict and every option should be explored before rushing them out the door to the next physician"

"Long term patient (20 yrs) and most of that has been great. Things began to change for the worse beginning a couple of years ago. There was turn over in staff, some of whom were/are less than professional. Following routine bloodwork, I always felt as though I was being treated for low grade findings based on whatever was being talked about at that time (low T, pre-diabetes , etc.) but then the treatments would magically stop and nothing ever mentioned again. I was also never shown the test results, but did manage to get a copy once through Labcorp, only to learn I was always in the “low” range of findings that I was being treated for. I’m at a point in life I don’t need that, nor should I “settle” for less than adequate healthcare."

"I had an appointment this morning(June 27)at 10 am for some diagnostics. I called his office at 8:05 am today and told the receptionist I had been throwing up over night and would not be able to be at my appointment.She said I would get a bil for a lack of 24 hour notice for the cancellation. I told her she was ridiculous. Did you want me to come vomit in her waiting room. Dr Trinidad is great- he just needs to fire this worker. Very disappointed in the horrible attitude by this lady I wish I knew her name to post it here. I deserve an apology from this person. Terrence J Behr"

"I wouldn't even give this place a 1 but in order to review this place I had too. He likes to pawn patients off on other doctors. He doesn't care about the general public and the health of people he only cares about his $ but when someone has cash money because they are desperate for care and you refuse you have an issue . I also had insurance ythey just were not accepting new pts with that particular ins. So desperate for care i asked can I just pay out of pocket i need care and im here. They refused and I wouldn't even take my freakin dog here let alone a human. What a joke!"
