"Really appreciate this staff and the way they care for my cat salem. She is a nightmare of a patient but they still handle her with so much love and care. The vet techs are amazing with her and the vet, he is so very experienced with cats and so calm spirited that my salem actually let him touch her which is amazing lol. Thank you for working with us and my hectic work schedules."

"They cancelled my 16 year old dogs pain prescription on the day it was supposed to ship. Cruel. The only “option” you provided was for me to drop everything and bring her in for an appointment. Her “annual” appointment isn’t due until the end of October. But without ANY notice you canceled her prescription and said I needed to make an appointment. Even if I had come that day, we still would have had to order the medication and it would not have come before my current supply ran out. This was a horrible way to treat a client and a dog (especially an elderly dog). So please don’t pretend you provided “options.”"

The doctor answered our questions efficiently and promptly followed through with the requested tests. Everything was very clean and in order. Overall, a very good experience!"
