"Worst experience at a doctors office I have ever had. I presented my symptoms of weakness and fatigue to Molly Elliot and I requested blood work to find out what’s wrong. She was disinterested in how I felt or my health, and seemed to have an excuse for all of my symptoms. Despite telling her how I lift weights 5-6x a week, she insisted that it was not acceptable activity. She said I need to do cardiovascular activity instead and eat 1200 calories daily. Keep in mind, I was not there to lose weight. I never got a follow up for the results of my blood work. The patient notes I received through my portal were filled out to include more detail during my appointment that never happened. I left with zero answers. I ended up going to get a second opinion with someone else who was able to diagnose AND TREAT the metabolic condition causing my symptoms. If you want to be treated like a human, DO NOT GO HERE."

"Went without insurance, paid the amount they asked me to. They told me bloodwork would cost extra, which I agreed to, but they assured me there would be no more charges from their office. After the bloodwork came in and didn’t show anything obvious, they told me I needed a specialist (without insurance???) and are now telling me I owe the office more money. Waste of time now that Dr. Moore is gone. Very disappointed. TO FURTHER EDIT MY REVIEW: these people took my money and did SQUAT for me. The nice comment below was not what I got when the clinic manager called me at 8:30 AM telling me “we need to talk about your review”. She was flat out mean to me about it and smarted off that “if I wanted to see Dr. Moore, she was still in practice”. She also insisted that I should’ve been told all of the things covered above, WHICH I WAS NOT. Tammy was her name, very rude and I had no idea that she had all of my medical information. I don’t remember approving that. I felt very violated it and I wouldn’t recommend you send a cockroach to this clinic. Now there’s a bad review for you."

"Inconsiderate and rude office staff. They will cancel your appointment while you’re in the clinic because you’re past your “10 min late policy,” yet they won’t call you to check on you first. Also, when you’re late because it was pouring down rain and traffic was horrible, they will cancel you. Don’t waste your time with this place. Dr. Moore was the glue for that place and when she left, everything came undone. Staff is a bunch of jokes. Definitely switching doctors, again."

"Amateurs. Don't trust these people. They double book your appointments, cancel on you last minute, not to mention they have had 2 residing doctors quit in the past 9 months. Pathetic, disorganized and seem genuinely uninterested. Are those the qualities of someone you want to discuss your health with?"
