Putting pertinent information on the correct page of the website (although they made sure I both typed insurance information and sent in photos) Then I am not interested in seeing them anyway. I will not be calling back. Consider this my confirmation that yes, I booked an appointment for a minor, which your website allowed and, despite your rude tone did NOT state you did not see on ANY booking page, and YES WE ARE CANCELLING."
