"Employees are never helpful. Asking them questions about items and them coming up with a definitive answer is like pulling teeth. Last few times I have had questions and no answers due to employees lack of knowledge about what they carry in store. Last time I came in and was told they do not carry an item and sure enough I found it in the store. Would rather have them tell me they aren't sure if they carry the item or not and offer to help me look for the item rather than standing at the counter talking to co workers and twiddling their thumbs. What a cush job!"
