"When it comes to working for the hospital transportation department..... Too much favoritism in the department If the supervisor likes you the rules will change, if she doesn't like you the rules will stick! Either you do it or you get written up.... Alot of contradiction with rules and procedures on how the department is ran. If you happen to be a experienced driver voicing your opinion, automatically your called a negative person. Sounds like to me they need to clean house and start over with a more professional outlook on how they run the department to meet the patients Needs!! * "Stop making excuses to the patients why they had waited so long to be picked up or why they cancelled their ride to appointments! " To Messy I Say!! Let's be real , Again transportation is to meet patients needs!! And stop trying to convert the employees to be a holy roller like her, this is a place of business not a Church!! Hellooo."

The hospital system has certified Emergency room physicians in all 3 of their hospitals. I have found the staff, particularly Dr. Finan and the folks at the cancer center, to be extremely caring and empathetic. I will use them again."

"Went to the emergency room yesterday. My husband was having symptoms of a stroke. Waited 4 hours in the waiting room and no one even checked on him. After several hours a person from their administration came out to advise everyone that the reason there was such a long wait was because the ambulance cases take precedence over walk ins and they were having a lot of ambulances coming in. He did not have any idea when we would get seen. I asked him if we needed to go somewhere else. He said that was up to us. There was a lady sitting behind us whose brother came in in an ambulance an hour after us and she was saying he had not been seen by a doctor. Waited a few hours longer. I then asked the lady at the desk if they had any idea how much longer it would be. She said maybe 5 or 10 hours longer. So I told her we would just go home. He is still not able to talk today. Don't know what to do. The hospitals in surrounding towns have the same bad ratings."

"I been to this hospital a lot of time is a bad hospital. I have been on this hospital for 3 hours and a lot of people have left because the been 5 to 6 hours and still nothing. They really need to work better and they need someone that can run this hospital like it SHOULD!!!!!!!!"
