"This place is awesome. Always a chill vibe when I walk in. They usually have whatever I need and if they don't they are more then happy to look into getting it. I love seeing the same people when I go in. It just makes me comfortable. They've got cool glass pieces to look at and choose from and pretty much whatever else you want. The drive through is nice when I'm in a hurry. Pop in and check them out."

"This place doesn't even deserve ONE star anymore. I used to shop here exclusively until C took over. I stopped buying tobacco and tubes here in 2020 because the tobacco was ALWAYS expired. I stopped buying cigarettes there last year when the Saint Bernard puppy she brings in grew up and they were too lazy to train it NOT to bark at customers when they come inside. So if you're afraid of dogs, definitely do NOT go inside the store. And even though the hours here say 8 to 8, they've been too lazy to change them since November apparently. Yesterday I stopped in because I was next door and bought a vape that didn't work, and they were closed at 6, so I couldn't return it until this morning and C was absolutely disgusting about it. Practically accused me of smoking the vape and returning it. Honey, the only scam around here is you. There's at LEAST 3 other smoke shops in Warsaw, go to one of those, their customer service is guaranteed to be better than here. This place isn't gonna last another year, bet."

"Can't control the cigg prices really, but the locally blown and sold pieces from Tommy Figa as well as a couple other brand names are the most high dollar ones. There's a great selection of affordable others. Offering a bigger selection of CBD items like gummies, body butters, creams and two brands of CBD oils is great. Companies sourced for those items are from third party lab tested ones, which is a good sign and a flag you want flown when deciding on a CBD brand. There are other important factors but the staff can help yor point you in the direction of good research or answer most questions from research they've done themselves. Also, new, and different vape tech and ejuice are cycled through a lot. Ask the employees if you don't see something you need, if enough people are wanting the same thing often it can be ordered.
