"I wish I could award zero stars for my experience. It seems this title company is best suited for residential transactions involving first-time buyers or sellers who are unfamiliar with the closing process. Despite my involvement in around 20 transactions this year, this is unequivocally the most unsatisfactory title company I've encountered. The term "incompetent" accurately captures the situation, as it feels like there's a lack of direction. For investors, I strongly recommend seeking an alternative company, as this one falls short in terms of communication, problem-solving, and grasping effective time management."
