"I did a store pickup order at this location because I happened to be in town. My order was $20. I went in and picked up my order no problem, the lady that checked me out said I was good to go. Later in the week I get a call from the manager that my order was never checked out by the employee and asked me to come in and pay for it. I live 45 minutes away and offered to pay over the phone. He refused and said I need to come in store to pay for it. I told him I’m not driving 45 min just to do that when it wasn’t my fault to begin with. I said next time I’m in the area I can stop by. He accused me of thinking it’s okay to not pay for things and was being very passive aggressive. Won’t ever shop here again. Incompetent management."
"I rarely make it into big lots. My son mentioned checking out their Christmas items and I was really surprised in the selection. Lots of items and store was full. The check out area was a bit tight. If your cart is full be ready to juggle the items for the lack of room. Staff was nice and helpful."
