"My experience has been terrible. They didn't contact me until the bill was $300+ and it was past the deadline for my health insurance to cover the bills. Now I'm the one who is stuck paying these bills because it's even past the date to charge with my flexplan. I have called the Doctor's office twice asking why there has been no bill. No one called me to alert me to the fact they were billing to a different insurance company. I called them each time I received a bill. Stuck in debt trying to pay off for their mistake. Why couldn't someone from their company call me just like humans do (as opposed to a robot) and ask why the billing wasn't paid for by the address they sent it to? An efficient person would attempt to check if the health insurance was the same or not. Hope no one else has to go through this nightmare."
