"This school is terrible !!! My child atten the first grade ! They give detentions to kindergarten and first graders for missing homework! This never happened to us but was outraged to learn of this. Also the homework o m g is ridiculous ! My child missed one school day and had 20 pages of makeup work !!!!! Outraged parent here"

"my six year old son just recently started school here. Hes in kindergarten. I've noticed some things with his homework and his attitude towards it. My son is very smart and was doing amazing at his last elementary school but this school has changed his outlook a lot. My son use to enjoy doing homework, Now he get's frustrated and upset when its time to do his homework. Theirs word in the directions that no kindergartner would understand such as illustrate. Also what hes suppose to illustrate is too hard for a child of his age to draw such as a jet for instance. Also what six year old knows what setting or plot means? lastly the way they want these children to use proper sentence structure and grammar when they can barely pronounce and read the sentences. I think the school need to go over the homework packets and make it more understandable to a six year old."
