"The people are great to deal with but my issue is being an avid cigar smoker. Tired of paying good money for bad cigars. The humidification that is used is very sub par. I've limited my cigar bying here because I'm tired if virtually every cigar I purchase is STALE and non smoke able. I've been complaining about this issue with several managers over the past several year's and they've all told me, the humidor is getting an upgrade. WHEN?. So frustrating not being able to enjoy the cigars due to very inadequate humidification."
