"One word to describe my experience would be untrustworthy. We paid them to do our kitchen. They had an itemize list of projects for them to perform and a timeline. We thought this was great, but it was not how it turned out. There were several delays. There were always new charges with very little explanation. We paid them on time. Our initial quote was 75k. At the end of the project, it was 85k kitchen project. We had 1700 remaining of our balance and we asked them to complete the project on our itemized list of projects on our contract. They refused. So we refused to pay the last 1700 dollars. To continue with the story, we receive an email from a lawfirm about 1700 dollars and our warranty was voided. We emailed the lawfirm the same statement, we will pay the remaining balance if they completed the items on our contract. We emailed the lawfirm back several times with no response. We paid $85,000 for 225 square foot kitchen. This was more expensive than any other quote we received. We thought we were getting a premium product with an excellent company. This company seems put together with a contract and a timeline, save yourself the trouble. We wouldn’t recommend this company to our worst enemy."

"Very professional and caring team. They were very supportive in working on my behalf with my insurance company. Their workmanship is superb. The frequent communication and updates shows how caring they are with their customer. They truly get Customer Service. Many companies speak to great customer service but don’t deliver. The BMT team lives those values of delivering great customer satisfaction. They are head and shoulders above others in this industry. I highly recommend the BMR team for any type of home renovation."

"I really did not want to write this review. I even reached out to the company before hand with no response. I was recommended to BMR by my insurance company due to a fire. The project manager was very rude at times. After work was complete, things in my home started to fall apart, not even a year after work was completed. I reached out to the company about the problems, and they assured me that my problems would be taken care of. I lost several days of work because they constantly sent people out to my home to patch up problems that continuously came apart. I noticed that my back side of my house wood was not replaced, so I have burnt wood still attached to my home. Warranty repairs were not complete or were patched up and are now back broken. My floors are not in tack. The paint job on the exterior of my home is fading away. My stairs were poorly repaired, squeaking when someone steps on them really bad. My walls were chiped when BMR had part of their team move my furniture to fix my floors that were done incorrectly. My experience with this company was very stressful and costly. I was constantly called an under insurer, but I never received an estimate on what was spent. I will not recommend. Office staff was amazing however Project manager was not so professional, and basically, I felt I was cheated. I was even told by a few people they sent out for repairs that my job was poorly done. Very poor communication and quality work."

"BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN. While the fire department was still working on my house and and my husband had run to get my son some clothes, shoes, and a cellphone (he lost everything in the fire), BMR had me sign "something". They said it was so they could put a sign in the front yard and be on the premises working if an inspector came by. So they could get started helping in any way they could. The document lists no scope of work or estimate for services. It even says that scope/estimate will be provided and approved. But, this was never done. Yet, a year later BMR Homes is claiming they are entitled to even more money. After being paid 165% of the only payment draw schedule ever provided. No explanation, no invoice, no receipts, no estimates, nothing."
