"I brought my Persian, Serra Snow (Snowy) here after she became severely matted, and the team at River Birch are so awesome! I asked them not to sedate her, and they had no problem with my request. I met the groomer and she assured me she would take breaks so as not to stress Snowy out, and even provided a "cat room" for her so she didn't get too upset from being caged. They did a great job grooming her, they got all the mats out of her coat, trimmed her claws, and gave her a good bath. Snowy came home looking beautiful and smelling amazing! And for all that, the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about the River Birch center! Thanks, everyone!"
