Maple Grove Elementary School

"My daughter was in kindergarten at Westwood last year and we moved and maple grove was her district. She is in 1st grade . It is sooo hard to communicate to her teacher. I had a serious situation to talk to her teacher about. It took 2 emails 2 written notes and the 3rd week I had to drive to her school and talk to the front office. And they still didn’t want to help me. They said the teachers communicate through email. Luckily this lady overheard me and chimed in and got the situation resolved. I got a call from her teacher finally and yes on email and paper my number was presented. The reason I’m upset is Westwood. I could walk in to pick my child up and if need be I could walk to her class and talk to the teacher. It didn’t take me 3 weeks to communicate something that was going on. If Westwood would let’s us go back we would. I already called and waiting to talk to someone yesterday I bet today I will get a call back. Not 3 weeks"
