"I have often stopped here to get cigarettes. You often don't have my brand. When that is ' TOLD to a customer, and a customer drives off ' without having EVER said a ' word about it, Please don't have an ' uneducated' and untrained employee ' yelling and screaming at ' the top of her lungs' 'Bye'. It is ' definitely NOT ' UPPER CLASS VALPARAISO and I' have A MOTHER' to think of'. Please Check your employees. The Stocking procedures is NOT the problem of the customers for ' YOUR employees to vent' themselves. Please Check the ' ' customer service procedures ' of your employees. ...pay them better ' or stock differently.........instead of making your town a hazard to society. Or most Customers from BETTER UPPER CLASS places will continue to pass you and ' drive right on ' through."
"Best place to get cigarettes anywhere near here, by far! they're always very nice and have no problem helping you count out your change if need be, they won't make you feel a inch tail while they're doing it either."
"I come in here every week to get cigarettes and vape juice. I've come in here just to get drinks. I'm a regular and they all know I'm 23 years old. I talk with most of the employees regularly and extensively about their products and what vape juices they like. Today was the one day I didnt being cash or my ID with me, because I had no intention of purchasing anything. My boyfriend (who is 21) bought us 2 mountain dews and a fruit juice. The young gal with straight maroon hair and piercings that rung us up asked for my ID. I told her I didnt have it on me and she proceeded to say "well you need to have your ID to come in here but you're already here checking out so whatever". Then on our way out she says to me "next time bring your ID". I had half the mind to tell her we no longer wanted our non-alcoholic drinks and that I'm disappointed in her for taking her frustrations of the day out on everyone else. I wasn't even the person purchasing the drinks, and there is no where on the inside or outside of the building that says you have to have an ID to go inside, just that you have to be 18 or older. I'm 18 or older. If youre worried about customers coming in and making sure they have their IDs, maybe have someone stand outside the door and card everyone like a damn bouncer. I've had no issues here until today. So disrespectful."
