"It has been nothing but a hassle ever since I bought my house in May 2018 with this title company. I have had to make them pay the property taxes I paid at time of purchase; they were so delinquent in paying the property taxes after I purchased the property it went On tax sales and they had to pay 2017 and 2018 taxes. I had to make them record the deed in probate court; they recorded it almost 6 months after purchase the house. Now that I have paid the house off , they have been nothing but delinquent in releasing and signing the forms to get the lien off. I would never recommend them to do anything with my properties again in life. They have no explanation for their lack of service and support."
