"Nearly impossible to get an appointment with them now. They do not answer the phone or return calls. You will have to show up in person to get on the schedule and only to be told that the doctor wont be available for months. Good luck getting a refill on any medication that has ran out as you will most likely have to go in person to request it as no one answers the phones or calls back. After years I will most likely have to get a new primary care physician as things here have gotten ridiculous."

"Many of the reviews on here are recent, you have to be with them for awhile like I was to find out what they are really like. Many times, I was given wrong information or my test results were not returned. Many times I was trying to schedule an appointment and Dr. was not available. Then I was "beat-up" for not coming in on THEIR schedule. Many times I was treated like just another day in the office instead of a real patient. They get used to you and then grow tired of you. Beware. I had to switch after 12 years."

"Absolutely the best family practice I have been to! Dr. Brown never did an in and out visit. She and her staff will lend an ear And a shoulder if needed and pay close attention to your concerns. Never in the 3 yrs having her as my doctor did i feel ignored or made to feel incompetent when discussing my health needs. They do so well with making you the patient comfortable and seem genuinely interested in your well being. They also have been great with my children and elderly in laws. I am so sad to leave them behind as I relocate to Texas. I truly don't think I will find a better practice anywhere else."
