"Walked in there with my boyfriend with little knowledge of what we needed in an attempt for our boys. The guy we worked with was so helpful and not at all pushy about anything. He was so great to deal with the entire time. We paid for an atv and had it scheduled for pick up this morning. We discussed and decided on a different one and called on our way out there to see if changing would be possible. Same guy I dealt with yesterday was so prompt and fantastic and informed us changing our atv wasn't an issue! He was absolutely amazing. The worker that was there yesterday and today who also put in his input was so great when explaining everything to me so I knew how to teach my son! I highly recommend. We plan on going back to get more for the rest of the family when the time is right. I couldn't have asked to deal with better people when buying an atv for the first time! We rode it around today to make sure everything was the way it needed to be and we're super impressed! Thank you so much for being what we needed! Happy holidays!!"

"I bought my son a 2022 jet 9 125cc four-wheeler and I took to get the carburetor changed on for it to be stolen by one of their employees which is no longer employed there. They replaced it with a 2021 which has been nothing but pure junk. My son is 8 years old and weighs 55 lbs and for some odd reason the frame keeps breaking. They took the good four-wheeler and gave me a junk four-wheeler."

"Well the day has come to give my review and I have nothing but great things to say! Ordered my Powermax 150 online and recvd an email immediately w order number, receipt, and thank you letter. The website had a disclaimer which was expected due to covid supply issues. Unfortunately EVERYONE in the world has had to deal withthese same issues! From toilet paper, paper towels, computer chips, Christmas trees and basically anything and everything... Seriously the list goes on and on. Then you have the logistic side of things Port issues and trucker shortages. After calling and speaking to Katrina I knew I was in good hands! Dalene called to confirm delivery address when R and L picked up. A few days later it was delivered w lift gate service right to my doorstep! After receiving my scooter there was a short assembly to get it road ready. Nothing too hard just time consuming. Mainly a lot of metal ties securing everything in it's nicely packaged crate. I can DEF understand the assembly fee bc there is about an hour or so of assembly/pallet breakdown, and of course trash disposal afterward. Again, nothing difficult skill level wise, just time consuming unwrapping the bubble wrap and all the protective parts holding it securely in its place. After bolting in the handle bar (one bolt) and the front wheel/speed sensor (one bolt) I only had the fenders and the headlight to pop in. Easy peasy. Topped off the tank w fresh gas, connected the battery and I was off beeping the horn and waving to everyone down my street! There's no question what Santa dropped off at my house this year :) Thanks so much Katrina and Dalene!"

"I had a really good experience!! It was shipped in great condition. The only thing is that their phones were messed up and it was hard to get someone on the phone but once I did their customer service was good. Also it is not put together at all. It came with a frame and parts. Lol"
