"Lady there said they didn’t accept my insurance, even though we showed her on their own website that they accepted it, told us we were out of network and had to buy the lenses for my son outright and file for reimbursement from Insurance. She never looked anything up, and said that’s how it’s done now. She was rude and short with everything as she didn’t like being questioned about her knowledge of how things work."

"I went there on Tuesday July 31, 2018. I had an eye exam for contacts. The doctor was great. Went to pay for exam, associate Vanessa look at me, walked over to another customer and measured her eyes and was setting her up for glasses. This went on for 18 minutes. I ask her if someone could please take my money so I could go. She was hateful and said well I guess. I went back in today 8-3-2018 to get a copy of my eye glass prescription. You would have thought I ask Vanessa for her first born. She then told me I got one when I got my exam. I did not or I would not have came in and ask for it. She repeated again hatefully that yes you did get a copy. I ask her if it was a problem and she said yes. It's a problem because she would have to get the doctor to sign it. Staff horrible! Doctors are good. Vanessa you need to find a new line of work! Customer service is not your thing!"
