"Brought my dog in for an ear issue. Waited for 3 hours without being seen. We’ve used Walker County Animal Hospital since my dog was a puppy, almost 3 years, and never had anything but great experiences with them. Ended up leaving the waiting room and seeing a different vet in Jasper. I don’t know if it was just a busy day or if they can’t run the place effectively any more. People can’t spend half a workday waiting for their pet to get medical care. Do yourself a favor and see a different vet in Jasper. I’m not saying WCAH vets are bad - they’re great if you can actually get in a room and be seen. Other vets in town are just as competent in veterinary medicine while also being able to operate a clinic that doesn’t force clients to wait endlessly. Businesses that operate like this don’t deserve any money from customers, especially when they charge a premium for their services. Sit for 3 hours and be slapped with a high bill? Not happening. I don’t think I’ll ever go back."

"Love dr. kimborough. Him and his assistant Gerald are awesome. Very thorough with their examinations. They cost a little more but u want your fur babies to be taken care if this us where they need to be."
