"I had a televisit with Janet Merriam. If you need serious mental health help do not use her. She told me she had me set up to go to a specific facility. Didn't return my calls until the day prior and had completely dropped the ball."

"I spent a little over a year as an employee here and while there were good times, the bad certainly outweighed the good. Over the past year the only thing positive about this company is the fact that the ladies in my own office are amazing and like family. Outside of that, this company is complete trash. My office manager was great (like I said I love my office team), however, they can't even keep her because of how poorly the company is ran. They do not pay you fairly for the amount of work they throw on you and often times you are given new tasks for OTHER DEPARTMENTS without compensation. Was promised a raise at the one year mark of my employment and when I asked about it, the upper management basically told me to forget about it. We have been through multiple "higher up" teams in a 12 month span, the employee retention rate is non-existent because they cannot keep a full staff in most locations. In the past year I have seen the closing of 3 offices (with more to come), seen an entire team laid off and told about it over a phone call (but all of them are "welcome" to apply for another position in the company but only one of them will get it), NP being pulled constantly from clinic to cover hospitals and leave their outpatient appointments with only so much as a phone call and no explanation, OH and at LEAST 10 providers have left the company because as far as the executive team goes 0 people know what they are doing. There is no HR department, at least not that I am aware of, the insurance team is outsourced to India and has no idea about what they are doing. Patient appointments have to be cancelled 2 DAYS prior for no paperwork and 24 HOURS prior for not paying a copayment. This is supposed to be a mental health company and NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE MENTAL HEALTH OF THE EMPLOYEES OR PATIENTS. They are money hungry and yet can barely keep doors open because they are always forgetting to pay their bills. More than once employees have not been paid on time, and as of recently (today) checks sent out were missing hours and will not be corrected this month. I could go on for hours about this place, but if you've read this far you are already a saint. Do NOT work here and I'd highly consider looking elsewhere when looking for a provider. It's horrible and you'll leave worse than you arrived."

"I was having some issues with my insurance and Kelly at the Pelham location went over and beyond to help me. It’s hard to find people that care anymore these days, but Kelly is one that does."

"Dr. G. is wonderful! Such a kind and genuine doctor. He is treating my son. He is never rushed. His focus is solely on you and your case. He is also not afraid to say if he thinks a second opinion will help if he's gone through his treatment options. His concern is for the well being of the patient. We are working with him closely on a tough case and feel he is going to be there for my son in any way he can."

"worst mental health doctor I’ve ever seen. She tried to push SSRIs on me when I came in with focusing issues. She was unwilling to give any other advice or help. The doctor basically gave me all of these tests, charged me tons of money, and wasn’t willing to help me with my problems at all. DONT GO HERE!"
