"I took my cat to get spayed and they did a wonderful job of telling me what to expect and what to look for in case of infection. Will be returning to get my puppy spayed soon!"
"Quality of personal service and communication deteriorating over the years. Also gave shots without asking when we get shots at shot clinic somewhere else. I have to PROVE shots are given elsewhere. Seeking new vet."
"I cannot recommend Delphi Animal Hospital more. They have excellent care and are affordable. We have a dog who is stubborn and tends to be accident-prone. We have had two incidents where she needed urgent care. When I called, they advised me to bring her in and that they would treat her the same day. They contacted me for approval if there was a need that would be an additional cost, which I greatly appreciated. Then, they followed up a couple of days later to check on our dog. Their care is genuine, and they make us feel valued. I won't take my dogs anywhere else."
"On Sept 25th I woke to notice 1of my kittens wasn't moving so obviously I was worried, I called Delphi hosp knowing they were booked but hoped because of an emergency they would try to squeeze us in but was told not that day or another week at the least, I asked if they could tell me anything I could do and was told because she wasn't eating to get this $5 a can food, by time I got there to get this food she was way worse and yes I did have her with me, I was in tears begging the receptionist to please at least look at her and tell me for sure what I could do for her, I was blatantly told they were done for the day, leaves me to wonder if that's hospital policy or the decision of 1 employee that was wanting to go home, you would think that a grown man tearing up in their office that they would have some compassion but not there not that day, I said that the food probably wouldn't matter at this point but grabbed the only money I had which was a bag of change and bought that can while still begging her to please look at my kitten, all the while knowing the answer was no, I'm on disability and their scratchpay program was all I could do at the time as I had no cash, I believe that also deterred her because that takes time, anyway needless to say that yes I lost my beautiful little Daisy 12 hours later, oh and she wouldn't eat that food either so my only $5 was wasted, my little girl suffered for no reason, just 2 days earlier I called about 1 of my senior cats only to be told the same, again no sort of compassion and I thought they are a hospital not just a vet but I must be wrong, they girls are nice but I really don't understand why they would turn someone away that's in their office and completely teared up not wanting to lose another cat, by the way my senior cat also passed because I couldn't get him help, all together I lost 5 cats that week and I have no idea why cause Noone would look at them, not saying I won't use them again but I'm really disappointed in how things were handled that afternoon, I think it would be useless to say anything now but I sure pray I don't have any more emergencies. Well maybe ask what maybe someone else would say or even talk to the vet, they had no idea I was out there, they may have actually helped me but il never know that, I live alone and all I have are my animals and they are my life, a very sad client."
"Called 10+ different vets to try to get my cat seen asap. They got me in a little under an hour after calling! Super friendly people, and cares for your pets! They helped me understand what needed to be done unlike some other places I have been to. I love this place for my fur babies and will probably be switching vets soon!"
