"always bought my posh pros from here n never had an issue. bought one last week, it died today so i tried to charge it (with two dif chargers to make sure) n the charging port is faulty. called to ask them to switch it n they wouldn’t even tho product is faulty. said to test it in store next time before i leave n i was like ummmm clearly i’m not gonna check the charging port in store only if it hits lol. i’ll go somewhere else whatevs."
