"Terrible customer service! I’ve used other online services and this is the worst one. Their customer service email support will argue with you over email instead of just responding to your questions. And oh make sure you read the “fine print.” I didn’t have the service for even 24 hours and it’s terrible. I recommend using RX their service is great. *edit after the company responded to my review, they sent me an email sending me to collections and cancelling the service. I never claimed to not pay or dispute the charges. I’ve never experienced a company doing this. Very scary and unprofessional what this company is doing. Stay far away."

"As a user, I was able to put my health information into the system on a one-time basis and then each provider I see can access it while guiding my care. It's easy to connect with a provider either with video or telephone and the app tells you which will be faster. I once convinced myself that I actually did have a Infection and talked to the Telacare provider while on a hike. The medicine was ready at the pharmacy by the time we were done. It was amazing utilizing this technology!"

"Great service and quick response time! My son had a sinus infection which always leads to an ear infection. The Dr listened to my concerns, my son’s medical history, symptoms and was able to prescribe him what he needed. All on a Saturday morning, saving me two days of waiting until the pediatrician was open again. Wonderful service and a time saver for parents."
