"Collinsworth told me that I would get back 100 bucks for my taxes out of grossing 46k that yr and that it would cost me 160 something for him at Jackson Hewitt to file my taxes. I told him that's OK. I make more from working my job then I do that 100 bucks that I won't even see once I pay jackson Hewitt. I got back more last year with jackson Hewitt same location and same guy. So I said never mind I don't see a sense in filing if that's all I'm going to see. And how bout this instead of the guy collinsworth giving me back my W-2, HE DECIDES TO MAKE A COPY OF IT AND MY LICENSE AND SAVED IT TO HIS COMPUTER stating in case I may want to come back later. But if I just told u that I'm not filing then why make copies of my stuff? And not only that the guy acted like he didn't want to give me back my W2. Talking bout I can leave it there..... Of course I took my stuff and left. But even if the guy did kept my W2 I can always get another copy from my job. But I really wasn't pleased with having more last yr but making more this year and receiving back nothing...and I didn't like the fact that the guy acted like MY W2 that I worked for was his and he had rights to make copies and/or keep what belongs to me. I'm so glad I have Indenty theft protection as well as a code from the irs for people just like this guy. I give 0 stars if I could because this was displeasing to myself as a customer. I will not do business here again."
